Medical School Mock Interview Preparation

Our goal at White Coat Warmup

We understand firsthand how overwhelming the medical school application process can be. So, we created White Coat Warmup to support you through the process! Through personalized mock interviews, we help you articulate your unique experiences into responses to common and challenging medical school interview questions.

Each Zoom session is 45 minutes long and tailored to your needs. Depending on the schools you're interviewing with, we’ll simulate a traditional interview, an MMI format, or a hybrid approach to best prepare you.

We believe that structured, thoughtful practice is one of the most effective tools for reducing interview anxiety and building confidence. Together, we’ll take you one step closer to earning your white coat!

About us

Hey, I’m Natalie! I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Delaware. After graduating, I completed the Post-Baccalaureate Premedical Program at Columbia University, and I’m currently a third-year medical student at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.

When I applied to medical school, I submitted applications to about 18 programs—15 MD and 3 DO. I was fortunate to receive interview invitations from 2 MD and 2 DO schools and was incredibly grateful to be accepted to all four. Coming from a non-medical background & with no physicians or healthcare professionals in my family, I found the application process both daunting and unfamiliar. I truly couldn’t have navigated it without the generous support of the advisors at my postbac program and the guidance of peer mentors who reviewed my materials and helped me prepare through mock interviews.

Their support made a huge difference in my confidence and clarity going into each interview. At RWJMS, I’m actively involved in the community and serve as a mentor through several programs for both incoming medical students and premeds. My goal now is to pay that forward by offering the same kind of support and encouragement to others that I was so lucky to receive. In our sessions, my aim is to help you build a strong mental framework—not only to confidently tackle core interview questions, but also to thoughtfully navigate the more challenging, unexpected ones.

Hi, I’m Elizabeth! I hold a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master's degree in Human Nutrition from Columbia University. I’m an incoming first-year osteopathic medical student.

During my application cycle, I applied to 11 schools and was honored to receive 6 interview invitations. I attribute much of this success to the comprehensive preparation I received through Medical School Headquarters. I've been lucky to have incredible mentors throughout this journey, and I'm passionate about paying it forward through one-on-one sessions and my volunteer work with Align Med Mentoring.

My objective in our sessions is to support you in developing well-articulated, personalized responses to foundational questions such as “Why medicine?” and “Why this institution?” Practice is a powerful tool to ease pre-interview nerves. I look forward to helping you build confidence and clarity through preparation.
